Which platform is right for your website?
The best platform depends on who edits the site, how it needs to scale, and whether you sell online. We recommend the right stack instead of forcing one, and build it properly.
React / TanStack
Lightning-fast, fully custom marketing sites and web apps with best-in-class Core Web Vitals. Ideal when performance, animation and bespoke UX matter.
WordPress
Flexible, content-friendly sites your team can edit without a developer. Ideal for content-heavy businesses, blogs and brochure sites.
Shopify
Robust, conversion-optimized e-commerce with reliable checkout, apps and inventory. Ideal for brands selling products online at scale.
Choose React / TanStack
You want the fastest possible site, custom UX and top Core Web Vitals, and a developer ships updates.
Choose WordPress
Your team edits content often without a developer and you need a flexible CMS and blog.
Choose Shopify
You sell products online and want reliable checkout, inventory and payment apps out of the box.
Pick by who edits the site, whether you sell online, and how much performance matters.

What do we build into a website that most agencies skip?
Most agencies ship the visible design and stop there. The work that decides whether a site ranks and loads fast is invisible to clients, so it quietly gets skipped. We pour it into the foundation instead.
That means semantic HTML so search engines and AI understand the structure of every page, structured data so pages qualify for rich results and AI citation, and reserved image dimensions so the layout never jumps while it loads. It means code splitting so a visitor only downloads what the current page needs, AVIF images sized to the exact slot they fill, and third-party scripts deferred so they never block the first paint.
This is why two sites can look identical and perform nothing alike. The one without this layer looks fine in a screenshot but loads slowly, shifts as it renders and ranks poorly. The one with it is fast, stable and search-ready from the first visit.
What most agencies ship
- Render-blocking scripts
- 2MB unoptimized images
- No structured data
- Layout shift on load
- Generic meta tags
- Desktop-first afterthought
- No lazy loading
What SeekNext ships
- Code-split JavaScript
- AVIF responsive images
- JSON-LD schema
- Zero layout shift (reserved space)
- Unique optimized meta
- Mobile-first build
- Lazy-loaded below the fold
How do we make websites load fast? (Core Web Vitals)
Core Web Vitals are Google's three measured signals of real-world speed and stability: Largest Contentful Paint (LCP, how fast the main content appears), Interaction to Next Paint (INP, how quickly the page responds to taps), and Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS, how much the layout moves while loading). We build to a budget of LCP under 2.5 seconds, INP under 200 milliseconds and CLS under 0.1.
We hit LCP by serving an optimized hero, preloading the most important asset and keeping the critical path small. We hit INP by shipping less JavaScript and splitting what remains. We hit CLS by reserving space for every image, embed and font so nothing jumps.
Targets: LCP under 2.5s, INP under 200ms, CLS under 0.1. Lower is better; the orange bars show the SeekNext build.
Image optimization
AVIF and WebP, sized to slot.
Code splitting
Ship only the JS each page needs.
Lazy loading
Defer below-the-fold media.
Font subsetting
Load only the glyphs in use.
CDN + Brotli
Edge delivery, compressed transfer.
Critical CSS
Inline what the first paint needs.
Deferred scripts
Third-party tags never block render.
Caching
Repeat visits load near-instantly.
Are the websites mobile-responsive by default?
Yes. Every site is mobile-first: designed for the phone first, then scaled up to tablet, laptop and desktop. Layouts are fluid rather than fixed, so they adapt to any screen instead of breaking at the edges.
Touch targets are sized for fingers, not mouse pointers, and we test across real breakpoints rather than a single design width. Because most Bangalore traffic is mobile and Google indexes the mobile version first, we treat mobile performance as the stricter case, not an afterthought.
Mobile (from 360px)
Designed first, fast, finger-friendly.
Tablet (from 768px)
Fluid two-column layouts.
Laptop (from 1024px)
Comfortable reading widths.
Desktop (from 1440px)
Full layout, no wasted space.
One design, rendered correctly at every breakpoint, with touch targets sized for fingers.
How is SEO built into the website from the start?
SEO and AEO are part of the build, not a later add-on. As each page is coded we ship semantic headings, unique metadata, canonicals, JSON-LD schema, internal linking, descriptive image alt text, a clean sitemap and a fast LCP.
The result is a site that is ready to rank in Google and be cited by AI search engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews on day one, instead of one that needs an expensive SEO retrofit months after launch.
Title & meta
Unique, optimized per page.
Canonical tags
No duplicate-content confusion.
Semantic headings
Clear H1-H3 structure.
JSON-LD schema
Eligible for rich results and AI citation.
Internal links
Topical authority flows through the site.
Image alt text
Accessible and keyword-relevant.
Clean sitemap
Every page discoverable.
Fast LCP
Speed counts as a ranking signal.
Search-ready on day one, not retrofitted later.

What does our website build process look like?
Six clear steps take a site from idea to a fast, search-ready launch, with dedicated performance and SEO passes before it ever goes live.
- 1
Discovery & UX
We map your goals, audience and the journeys that lead to enquiries, then plan the sitemap and UX before any design begins.
- 2
Wireframe & design
We design mobile-first wireframes and visual layouts in the SeekNext dark, conversion-focused style, signed off before build.
- 3
Build (semantic, mobile-first)
We code clean semantic HTML and accessible, responsive layouts on React, WordPress or Shopify, starting from the phone view up.
- 4
SEO/AEO & schema baked in
We wire in metadata, canonicals, semantic headings, JSON-LD schema, internal links and alt text as the page is built, not after.
- 5
Performance pass (Core Web Vitals)
A dedicated optimization pass tunes LCP, INP and CLS against budget, with image, script and font work before launch.
- 6
Launch & monitor
We deploy, verify analytics and search readiness, then monitor speed, rankings and uptime so the site keeps performing.

A launch is the start, not the finish. We keep performance and SEO compounding with an ongoing loop: monitor speed, rankings and uptime; optimize what the data shows; apply security patches and updates; and report results in plain language. Then we repeat, so the site keeps getting faster and more visible over time instead of decaying after handover.
- 1
Monitor
Track speed, Core Web Vitals, rankings and uptime.
- 2
Optimize
Act on what the data shows to lift results.
- 3
Secure & update
Patch, back up and keep platforms current.
- 4
Report & repeat
Share clear results, then run the loop again.
Performance and SEO are maintained and compounded, not abandoned at handover.

Frequently asked questions
How much does web development cost in Bangalore?+
A professional business website in Bangalore typically costs Rs 40,000-Rs 2,00,000 depending on pages, design complexity and integrations. Custom web apps and large e-commerce builds start around Rs 3,00,000. We scope a fixed quote after understanding your goals, with no hidden fees.
Do you build on React, WordPress or Shopify?+
All three. We choose the platform that fits your goals: React for fast, custom marketing sites and web apps, WordPress for content-heavy sites your team edits, and Shopify for e-commerce. We recommend the right stack rather than forcing one.
How long does it take to build a website?+
A standard business website takes 3-6 weeks from kickoff to launch. Larger e-commerce stores and custom web applications take 8-16 weeks. We share a clear timeline with milestones before we begin so you always know what is next.
Are your websites SEO and AEO ready?+
Yes. Every site we build ships with clean semantic HTML, fast Core Web Vitals, structured data, optimized metadata and an answer-engine-friendly content structure, so it is ready to rank in Google and be cited by AI search from day one.
Do you provide website maintenance and support?+
Yes. We offer ongoing maintenance plans covering updates, security, backups, performance monitoring and content changes, so your site stays fast, secure and current after launch.
Can you redesign my existing website?+
Absolutely. We audit your current site's performance, SEO and conversion, then redesign for speed, usability and search visibility while preserving your rankings through careful migration and redirects.
What makes a website load fast?+
Fast sites pass Core Web Vitals: LCP under 2.5 seconds, INP under 200 milliseconds and CLS under 0.1. We hit those with AVIF images sized to their slot, code splitting, lazy loading, font subsetting, critical CSS, deferred third-party scripts and CDN delivery with Brotli compression and caching.
Why is mobile-responsive design important for SEO in India?+
Most web traffic in India is mobile, and Google indexes the mobile version of your site first. A mobile-first, responsive build with fast mobile Core Web Vitals and finger-friendly touch targets is what decides both your rankings and whether visitors actually convert.
Can SEO really be built into a website from the start?+
Yes, and it should be. Semantic headings, unique metadata, canonicals, JSON-LD schema, internal linking, image alt text, a clean sitemap and a fast LCP are all build-time decisions. Shipping them on day one means the site is ready to rank and be cited by AI search immediately, instead of being retrofitted later.
What is the difference between web design and web development?+
Web design is the look, layout and user experience; web development is the code that makes it fast, functional and search-ready. SeekNext does both together. See our web design company in Bangalore service for the design side of the work.
